The Opportunity

QBE Europe is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a major, multi-year Claims Cloud Transformation Programme.

This highly visible role will oversee the migration of UK and European Claims operations onto a new cloud platform, helping modernise QBE’s claims ecosystem, simplify technology, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and lead the Claims Cloud Transformation roadmap and delivery strategy.
  • Manage multiple workstreams covering technology, data, migration, testing, change and operational readiness.
  • Establish programme governance, reporting, controls and decision-making processes.
  • Manage programme risks, dependencies, milestones, budgets and performance.
  • Lead and coordinate strategic suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business, technology and operations.
  • Produce executive-level programme updates, presentations, decision papers and recommendations.
  • Drive the successful migration of UK and European Claims operations to the new platform.
  • Track programme benefits and ensure delivery remains aligned with strategic business outcomes.
  • Support business readiness, adoption and transition into ongoing operational support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
