Title: Program Manager – D365 Finance, SCM & Commodity Trading
Type: Permanent Role
Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week in Office)
Location: Glasgow, UK
Experienced Dynamics 365 Program Manager to lead a large-scale ERP transformation for a leading agriculture and commodity trading business based in Glasgow. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Commodity Trading implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall D365 Finance, SCM, and Commodity Trading implementation program from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
- Establish robust program governance, including steering committees, status reporting, risk management, and executive communications.
- Manage multiple workstreams covering Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Trading, Data Migration, Integrations, Testing, and Change Management.
- Partner with senior stakeholders including the CIO, CFO, COO, and business leaders to drive decision-making and program success.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, dependencies, resources, budgets, and key milestones.
- Ensure alignment of the D365 solution with agricultural supply chain and commodity trading business processes.
- Lead implementation partners, consultants, and cross-functional business teams across onsite and offshore locations.
- Drive business readiness, user adoption, training, cutover, and deployment activities.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, scope changes, and third-party dependencies.
- Oversee rollout planning and execution across business locations.
- Ensure successful integration of Finance, Supply Chain, Commodity Trading, and reporting processes within the D365 platform.
- Provide regular executive updates and maintain stakeholder confidence throughout the transformation journey.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and copilots (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Platform AI capabilities, automation tools, and analytics solutions) to enhance program delivery efficiency, decision-making, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Champion an AI-first mindset across the program by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, optimize business processes, and drive innovation through AI-enabled practices.

- Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM implementations using onsite-offshore delivery model.
- Strong program management and ERP transformation leadership experience in complex, multi-location environments.
- Experience within Agriculture, Agri-business, Commodity Trading, Distribution, or Supply Chain-intensive industries.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
- Willingness to work onsite in Glasgow (3-4 days per week) with travel across the UK as required.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools and digital assistants to improve personal productivity, project execution, and program governance.
- Ability to mentor and influence delivery teams to adopt AI-enabled practices and continuously improve delivery effectiveness.
