About the Role

The Quality Job Growth Product Manager will work closely with a cross functional team of Engineering, Data Science, Product Operations, Business Development, and Product Marketing to grow and improve quality job posts globally.

From supporting job partnerships with governments around the world to applying Machine Learning to improve our job source quality - this role is highly visible and rich with learning opportunities. This challenging role will provide passionate and data driven individuals the opportunity to positively impact job seekers on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and lead analyses of user needs, product metrics, and the broader professional landscape to determine the right set of solutions to build to help our members and customers be productive and successful
  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements
  • Work collaboratively across teams to deliver on the LinkedIn vision of economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce
  • Understand how to build an ecosystem product and make trade off decisions for the good of the ecosystem
  • Research and analyze the broader job market ecosystem
  • Set ambitious and measurable OKRs and be transparent on execution
  • Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders

  • BS/BA degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in product management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fundamental understanding of API’s and web integration technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS degree in a technology-related field
  • Experience building and delivering successful SaaS or social network platform solutions
  • Expertise with applicant tracking systems and/or online job boards
  • Experience in operating with partner ecosystems in collaboration with business development
  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Multilingual capabilities would be a benefit in the role, but not a requirement.
