Are you passionate about driving go-to-market success, building strategic partnerships, and shaping the growth of innovative advertising solutions across international markets?
We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager to own and drive the commercial strategy for a large-scale sponsored advertising platform across multiple European markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing market expansion strategies, acquiring and growing enterprise-level partners, and ensuring long-term adoption and revenue growth.
Working at the intersection of Commercial, Product, Operations, and Market teams, you will lead strategic initiatives, optimize partner onboarding and activation journeys, and develop scalable programs that accelerate business performance. You will serve as a key driver of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless execution and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise partners across multiple regions.
- Manage the complete partner lifecycle, from business development and onboarding to activation, growth, and retention.
- Engage with complex organizational structures, aligning central stakeholder objectives with local-level execution and adoption.
- Design, launch, and evaluate commercial and operational experiments, transforming successful outcomes into scalable best practices and playbooks.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Product, Operations, and regional teams to remove obstacles and ensure successful program launches.
- Monitor and optimize segment performance, focusing on partner adoption, advertising investment, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Build data-driven business cases and strategic recommendations to support market expansion and partner success.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in digital advertising, retail media, marketplace platforms, or performance marketing environments.
- Strong understanding of auction-based advertising models, campaign optimization techniques, and advertiser ROI measurement.
- Proven success in acquiring, managing, and growing enterprise-level partnerships within complex commercial environments.
- Experience working with multi-location, franchise, or distributed business models and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional program management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
- An experimentation-first mindset, leveraging pilots, testing frameworks, and structured learning to refine and scale successful initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive storytelling skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
