Role: Program Manager, Content Enablement (Mat Leave Cover)

Location: UK Remote
Duration: 14-months
Rate: £60-75 an hour
IR35 Status: Inside
Working Pattern: Remote (UK) but a bonus if you can attend meetings in London when needed

🚀 Help shape the future of creator education
We're looking for an experienced Program Lead, Content Enablement to lead a high-impact education programme that helps content creators and producers succeed on a global digital platform.

This role sits within a team focused on building a thriving creator ecosystem through engaging, scalable learning experiences. You'll own the content enablement curriculum, driving strategy, operations, measurement, and continuous improvement across multiple stakeholder groups.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading a large-scale content enablement programme across teams and regions
  • Developing multi-channel education strategies for creators and content producers
  • Creating and evolving frameworks for content planning, quality assurance, and localisation
  • Partnering with content strategists, copywriters, analysts, and external design agencies
  • Defining success metrics, building dashboards, and demonstrating programme ROI
  • Turning data and stakeholder feedback into clear priorities and actionable recommendations
  • Managing risks, dependencies, and governance across the programme portfolio
  • Ensuring content systems, taxonomies, and information architecture can scale globally

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programmes
  • Strong background in content, learning, enablement, or education programmes
  • Experience creating operating models, frameworks, and scalable processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring impact and ROI
  • Knowledge of content systems, information architecture, and localisation practices
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and content specialists
