ServiceNow Programme Manager

Long-Term Contract | Inside IR35 | London (3 Days Onsite per Week)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Programme Manager to lead a large-scale ServiceNow transformation programme for a major banking client. This is a long-term contract opportunity requiring a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives within highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow transformation programme.
  • Manage programme governance, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, vendors, and delivery teams.
  • Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Drive programme planning, reporting, and executive-level communications.
  • Ensure delivery follows regulatory, security, and operational requirements within the banking sector.

  • Extensive experience as a Programme Manager delivering large-scale ServiceNow transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and enterprise implementations.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-million-pound transformation initiatives.
  • Background delivering programmes within banking or other highly regulated industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers, system integrators, and offshore delivery teams.
