We have an urgent contract requirement for a Program Manager position.
Position Details:
- Role: Program Manager
- Location: London, UK (onsite)
- Employment Type: Contract
- Rate: GBP 400 per day (Inside IR35)
- Experience: 7-10 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with extensive experience in leading and managing multiple projects and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management methodologies, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team leadership, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of program initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor program progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to program management best practices and governance standards.
- Conduct regular program reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Mentor and support project managers and team members.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency within program delivery.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Program Management and delivery governance.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project and program management tools.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale programs and projects.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of risk management and change management frameworks.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is desirable.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of relevant Program Management experience.
