About the Department
The Enterprise Business Strategies & Implementation team serves as the execution engine for Franklin Templeton's most important strategic priorities. The team works directly with the Co-Presidents, Executive Leadership Team, and senior business leaders to lead complex enterprise initiatives that shape the future of the organization. Team members partner across Investment Management, Distribution, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, and Corporate Services to solve complex business challenges and deliver strategic outcomes. Employees gain direct exposure to executive leadership, enterprise-wide initiatives, and opportunities to influence the future of a global asset manager.
How You Will Add Value
Enterprise Strategy & Execution
- Lead execution of highest-priority strategic initiatives.
- Translate executive vision into actionable roadmaps and outcomes.
- Partner with executive sponsors to accelerate decisions.
- Identify risks, opportunities, dependencies, and impacts.

Enterprise Program Leadership
- Lead enterprise transformation programs.
- Develop governance models and reporting frameworks.
- Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Identify operational, legal, regulatory, and technology impacts.
- Drive execution with urgency and disciplined governance.
Executive Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
- Prepare executive communications and briefing materials.
- Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and governance meetings.
- Build confidence through communication and delivery.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Build partnerships across business functions.
- Influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Drive stakeholder alignment.
- Foster accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
Change Leadership
- Lead organizational change efforts.
- Navigate ambiguity and maintain momentum.
- Simplify complex business challenges.
- Improve efficiency, governance, and delivery practices.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
- Well-tenured in leading large-scale strategic programs.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership.
- Experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
- Understanding of asset management or similar industries.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Relationship-building and stakeholder management.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
Technical Skills
- Enterprise program management.
- Executive communications.
- Strategic planning and business transformation.
- Organizational change management skills.
- Governance and risk management.
- Financial and business analysis experience.
- Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Co Pilot and Chat GPT to assist in shortening delivery times on meeting actions, project planning, executive summaries, and related activities.
