Program Manager – Global Workforce Solutions

Lead global workforce transformation, optimise workforce solutions and drive the implementation of scalable operating models.

Are you an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in MSP, contingent workforce or workforce solutions? Do you thrive in complex international environments and know how to translate strategic objectives into practical programs, align stakeholders and drive measurable operational improvements?

We are looking for a Program Manager – Global Workforce Solutions to lead the implementation and optimisation of workforce solutions across our international organisation. You will work across regions to improve operating models, standardise processes, implement new workforce solutions and drive measurable improvements in service delivery, performance and scalability.

Your impact

In this role, you will lead complex, cross-regional programs focused on workforce solutions, operational excellence and organisational change. You will translate strategic objectives into practical implementation plans while aligning stakeholders across commercial, operational and support functions and ensuring delivery against agreed outcomes, KPIs and timelines.

You will play a key role in driving the adoption of new workforce solutions, processes and operating models. Success will not only be measured by delivery, but by the extent to which changes are effectively implemented, adopted and embedded within the business.

Working closely with senior leadership and regional stakeholders, you will provide structure, governance and visibility across multiple initiatives. You will identify risks, manage dependencies and escalations, monitor performance and ensure alignment between global objectives and local execution.

You will also contribute to the further professionalisation of our international organisation by helping to standardise processes, improve collaboration, optimise service delivery and establish scalable implementation frameworks.

Within the first 12–18 months, you will have:

  • Successfully delivered multiple cross-regional workforce solution initiatives with measurable operational outcomes
  • Driven stakeholder alignment across different countries and business units
  • Improved adoption of standardised processes and best practices
  • Established governance, KPI and reporting frameworks for key programs
  • Contributed to a more scalable and efficient operating model
  • Successfully implemented strategic transformation initiatives across multiple regions or business units

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
