Programme Manager

£85,000 + Benefits Central London/Hybrid (2-3 Days per Week)

We're partnering with an exciting and rapidly growing retail organisation looking to appoint a hands-on Programme Manager to drive business-critical change across a complex global environment.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a broad transformation portfolio, ensuring technology and operational capabilities are aligned to support future growth. With no existing Programme Manager in place, we're looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, bringing structure, pace and leadership to a dynamic and evolving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives across the organisation.
  • Managing and developing a team whilst driving programme governance and delivery excellence.
  • Working with global stakeholders to implement change initiatives and ensure successful adoption across multiple markets.
  • Owning roadmap creation and prioritisation, helping shape the future direction of technology and business transformation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Programme Manager leading large-scale change and transformation programmes.
  • Strong retail or consumer-facing industry experience.
  • Experience working within a global organisation and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrable success delivering complex technology and business change initiatives.
  • Strong roadmap development and strategic planning capabilities.
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and delivery.
  • High energy, pace and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
