🌟 About the Role

The Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership.

You will work directly with the founders, acting as a strategic thought partner and execution driver across company priorities.

This role is about turning insight into action — shaping ideas into measurable outcomes that move the organization forward. You’ll get a panoramic view of business, deep exposure to global leadership, and the chance to influence the company’s direction at the highest level.

🧠 What You’ll Do

  • Act as a strategic extension of the founders, driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
  • Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.
  • Build and operationalize frameworks that translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.
  • Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution.
  • Be the “connective tissue” between strategy and execution — ensuring priorities move from idea → plan → outcome.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
