Programme Manager – CRM Transformation
6 month initial contract (likely to extend) | 2 days per week in London | Outside IR35
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to drive a strategic CRM Transformation Programme within a leading global law firm.
You'll lead the programme from pilot execution through to strategic recommendation, shaping the future CRM strategy by evaluating current capabilities, gathering business requirements and defining a roadmap for implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end CRM transformation programme.
- Establish programme governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee a CRM/contact management pilot and evaluate business outcomes.
- Lead enterprise-wide requirements gathering and prioritisation.
- Manage gap analysis and assess CRM platforms, including Salesforce, Intapp and other solutions.
- Develop the future-state CRM operating model, business case and implementation roadmap.
- Present recommendations to senior leadership and support the transition into delivery.

About You
You'll bring:
- Proven experience leading large-scale business or technology transformation programmes.
- Strong CRM transformation or enterprise application delivery experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
- Experience delivering governance, business cases and strategic roadmaps.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to work across business and technology teams.

Desirable
- Experience within professional services or legal environments.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Intapp or similar enterprise solutions.
- Experience working alongside Business Analysis and Change Management functions.
