The Prime Video team is looking for a driven and analytical candidate to join our Operational Excellence team as a Program Manager supporting Content Acquisition Managers. In this role, you will be responsible for, among other tasks, translating complex agreements with content providers into standardized metadata, managing vendors, working closely with the content acquisition team and building trustworthy processes to streamline content operations.
The Program Manager should be fluent in English, have strong attention to detail and polished communication skills, and ideally be from a project/program management, finance, accounting, or digital media operations background.
This position is based in London, but will work with teams across the globe.
Key job responsibilities
- Interpret content license agreements into standardized data entries across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for stakeholder teams.
- Manage title schedules and content availability windows, ensuring content goes live on time for customers.
- Own payment setup for content providers and resolve their queries.
- Drive operational targets, identifying root causes of errors and implementing corrective actions proactively.
- Collaborate with product and automation teams to test, adopt, and provide feedback on new tools that reduce manual processing and improve throughput.
- Develop and maintain process documentation to support knowledge sharing, change management, and onboarding of new team members or content providers.

A day in the life
This role is equal parts execution and improvement. On any given day, you might be processing a batch of content agreements in the morning and proposing a workflow change in the afternoon. The ideal candidate is someone who finds satisfaction in dependable, accurate delivery, while constantly looking for ways to make things faster, simpler, or more scalable.
About the team
The Prime Video subscription service continues to grow in scope and complexity each year, with content partnerships spanning multiple European territories and hundreds of deals processed annually. Content Acquisition Program Management is the operational backbone that ensures content deals are accurately translated into our systems, payments reach partners on time, and content is available for customers without delay. The team handles daily operations at volume and drives programs to automate and scale deal lifecycle management through AI and tooling innovation. We operate within a culture of operational excellence, continuously raising the bar on accuracy, speed, and efficiency across everything we do.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
