Description
ReefPoint Group is seeking Project Managers, Program Managers, Senior Program Managers, and Client Delivery Leaders to join our growing company. This posting is part of our Program Delivery & Client Leadership Talent Community, supporting multiple current and upcoming opportunities across our federal client portfolio.
We're looking for experienced leaders who thrive in complex, client-facing environments and enjoy building trusted relationships while delivering meaningful results. Whether your expertise lies in program management, project leadership, account management, client delivery, or portfolio oversight, you'll play a critical role in helping federal organizations achieve strategic objectives and successfully execute mission-critical initiatives.
Successful candidates bring experience leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, driving operational excellence, and delivering complex programs from planning through execution. Our delivery leaders serve as trusted advisors who balance client needs, business priorities, team leadership, and successful program outcomes.
What You'll Do
Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, building trusted relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic guidance and delivery leadership across complex federal programs and consulting engagements.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align program objectives with organizational priorities.
Program & Project Delivery
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects and enterprise programs.
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall program health.
- Ensure delivery milestones, quality standards, and contractual commitments are successfully achieved.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

Team Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across technical, operational, and consulting disciplines.
- Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Mentor project managers and team members while fostering collaboration and accountability.
Operational Excellence
- Monitor financial performance, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
- Support staffing, workforce planning, and operational decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and project management practices.
Business Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support business growth.
- Contribute to capture efforts, transition planning, and new program stand-up activities.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience managing projects, programs, consulting engagements, or client delivery initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in client-facing environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
