Programme Manager – Finance Transformation | OneStream
Location
London - Hybrid | 3 days on site
Compensation
Competitive salary + Car allowance + Bonus
TRIA are currently supporting a leading international organisation with the appointment of an experienced Programme Manager to support a major, group-wide Finance Transformation programme.
The programme is focused on the implementation of OneStream EPM, replacing legacy finance consolidation processes and creating a single platform across Group Reporting, FP&A, Tax, Sub-Consolidation, and Data Integration. This is a key role within an established transformation programme that requires strong programme leadership, structure, and governance to drive the programme through its next phase.
We are looking for a Programme Manager who can take ownership of a complex finance transformation programme, bringing discipline, stability, and clear direction across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Leading a complex, group-wide finance systems transformation programme.
- Establishing strong programme governance, structure, and delivery discipline.
- Driving programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Managing a combination of internal teams, contractors, consultants, and technology partners.
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Transformation.
- Providing clear, confident communication on programme progress, risks, decisions, and delivery.
- Managing and challenging external partners to ensure effective delivery and accountability.
- Identifying areas requiring intervention and driving the programme towards successful delivery.

What We Are Looking For
- Significant experience leading large-scale transformation programmes.
- Experience across Finance Systems, EPM, ERP, or related finance technology environments.
- Strong programme governance and delivery experience.
- Proven experience managing multiple suppliers, delivery partners, and diverse teams.
- Track record of delivering complex finance systems or finance transformation programmes.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or challenging programmes.
