About the Role
Adobe's workspaces are where creativity, culture, and business strategy come together. We're looking for a Program Manager, Workplace Design to help develop environments that reflect our brand and support how our people actually work, across EMEA and India, with reach into other regions as our footprint grows. This role sits at the intersection of craft, relationship-building, and program leadership.
What You'll Do
- Lead decision making across the full project cycle in partnership with external firms and internal delivery teams
- Own outcomes for FF&E, materials, colour, and lighting decisions, ensuring consistency with Adobe's brand and experiential graphics standards
- Partner with cross-functional delivery teams to keep solutions on scope, schedule, and budget, and build guidelines that scale across sites
- Help evolve Adobe's Experiential Graphic and Brand program by strengthening the operations and partnerships behind it
- Work closely with Workplace Strategy & Delivery, Global Site Operations, and Digital Employee Experience to improve programs, support site refreshes, and connect the spaces we build to the broader employee experience
- Contribute to an experimentation and innovation program testing new approaches to onsite workplace experience
- Champion inclusive design practices across every project you touch
What You'll Bring
We care more about demonstrated capability than checking every box below. If most of this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
- More than 7 years working in architecture or interior design across a range of project types, with a portfolio that shows creative thinking
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience that demonstrates the same depth of craft
- Proficiency in the design and construction process, from early programming, FF&E, through construction administration
- Comfort navigating cross-functional relationships and presenting to collaborators
- Experience with base building architecture and workplace strategy/programming
- Experience crafting solutions for fast paced, technology driven organizations
- Exposure to international or multi-region project delivery with willingness to travel for site visits as required

Nice to Have
- 2+ years working in-house as a workplace designer or program manager on global buildouts
- Registered Architect, NCIDQ certification, or RIBA accreditation
- LEED or WELL accreditation
- Track record presenting to executive audiences
