Job Title: Program Manager (Fleet Operations & Logistics)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Remuneration: £54.81 per hour
Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract
We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a fast-paced and innovative operations team supporting autonomous vehicle and fleet operations. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence across multiple cross-functional programs, working closely with engineering teams, vendors, and field operations stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate multiple operational programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, objectives, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor and track vehicle fleet activity, supporting issue resolution and coordinating with technicians to unblock operational challenges.
- Manage daily scouting and validation activities, ensuring successful completion of operational tasks and milestones.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, acting as a key point of contact for troubleshooting, escalation management, and ongoing support.
- Compile, analyse, and present daily operational metrics and business reports for leadership review.
- Drive process improvements, create scalable solutions, and develop automated reporting and tracking processes.
- Deliver clear stakeholder communications, executive updates, and change management plans.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, governance meetings, and decision-making processes.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Program Management, Fleet Operations, Logistics, Operations Coordination, or a similar environment.
- Strong experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Experience with operational tracking systems, ticketing platforms, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to compile, interpret, and present operational data and performance metrics.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives, and change management activities.
