We’re looking for an experienced, organised, and strategic Program Manager to oversee multiple related projects and ensure they are delivered successfully and aligned with wider business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating complex initiatives, managing stakeholders, solving problems, and driving measurable results in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects and initiatives within a broader programme
- Define programme objectives, scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain comprehensive programme plans and delivery roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success
- Manage programme dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests
- Monitor progress, budgets, resources, and key performance indicators
- Provide regular programme updates, reports, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Facilitate programme meetings, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews
- Ensure projects remain aligned with strategic business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and programme outcomes
- Support resource planning and prioritisation across multiple projects
- Establish clear governance, reporting structures, and delivery standards
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships across teams
- Identify potential blockers and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans
- Drive continuous improvement across programme delivery processes
- Ensure appropriate documentation, reporting, and project controls are maintained

✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in programme management, project management, operations, or a related field
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong programme planning, organisation, and delivery skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong leadership and influencing abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, risks, and deadlines
- Strong understanding of project and programme management methodologies
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
- Familiarity with programme and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of budgets, resource planning, risks, dependencies, and performance reporting
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote environment
- Based in the United Kingdom with the legal right to work in the UK
