PE Global is recruiting a Program Operations Specialist
PE Global is recruiting a Program Operations Specialist for a 12-month contract with a leading global technology platform that connects people through unique, real-world experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, international team responsible for growing a marketplace of high-quality experiences across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project workstreams, ensuring timelines, documentation, and deliverables remain on track.
- Support end-to-end program execution by tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Conduct research and perform light data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare meeting materials, status reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build strong working relationships across teams and proactively support business priorities as they evolve.
- Contribute to delivering operational KPIs and business objectives within a fast-moving environment.

About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years' experience in operations, program/project management, consulting, or business planning.
- Previous experience within a technology company or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and able to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering against business goals, KPIs, and deadlines.
- A positive, collaborative mindset with a passion for creating outstanding customer and team experiences.
