Program Owner for Regional Enablement in EMEA

As Program Owner for Regional Enablement in EMEA, you turn business needs into learning that helps teams win across two focus areas: owning a portfolio of programs (onboarding, methodology, competency development) for EMEA Sales, PS, and CS, and serving as the EMEA execution partner for global enablement programs (GGS, TAM, AE, SE, CS) by adapting and localizing centrally-designed content with global Persona Program Managers.

You align with other Program Owners, the relevant Persona Program Managers, and the EMEA Sales/Adoption Business Partner to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across the region.

Job Description

The Guidewire Enterprise Readiness Team aligns information, learning, and communication experiences to support readiness and adoption goals across all Guidewire personas — Customer, Partner, and internal teams. Our goal is to build an enterprise training and enablement strategy that becomes a competitive differentiator, ensuring employees, customers, and partners maximize their impact with Guidewire Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

A. Owned Programs (EMEA Field: Sales, PS, CS)

  • You are accountable for design, delivery, and continuous improvement of these programs.
  • Own coordination of the functional onboarding program for the EMEA Field organization, including activity assignment and EMEA-specific adaptation. Success is measured by role readiness at the 6-month mark.
  • Ensure new hires are registered for Field Onboarding or technical certification courses as assigned; gather ongoing feedback to improve programs.
  • Deliver key methodology training and Field Onboarding sessions for the EMEA region; support all-hands and regional sessions as guided by the EMEA Sales/Adoption Business Partner.
  • Develop ad-hoc role/functional training to elevate skill development across the EMEA region, aligning delivery with in-person learning events.
  • Apply readiness methodology across all owned programs: validate and consult on needs assessment, readiness plans, content curation/development, and partner sign-off on plan, content, and outcome measurement.
  • Partner with the EMEA Readiness Business Partner on training tied to new hire programs and field events (Regional Kick-Offs, Sales Reviews, Quarterly Field Updates, etc.).
  • Support the broader readiness transformation strategy — shifting from a push to a pull model using AI capabilities to deliver content in context.
  • Own the operational execution of recurring EMEA regional enablement mechanisms, including planning, stakeholder coordination, participant readiness, communications, action tracking, follow-through and continuous improvement, in partnership with the EMEA Sales/Adoption Business Partner.

B. Cross-Persona Execution Support (GGS, TAM, AE, SE, CS — EMEA)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Each of these personas has a distinct global Persona Program Manager who owns overall program design. You are accountable for reviewing, adapting, and localizing that content for EMEA delivery, and for regional execution quality — not for originating the program.
  • Partner with global GTM Program Owners to ensure programs are regularly enhanced, communicated, and measured against business expectations; ensure programs are loaded into the appropriate LMS and changes are communicated to EMEA leadership.
  • Serve as the EMEA counterpart to each persona's global Persona Program Manager (GGS, TAM, AE, SE, CS); review centrally-designed content — virtual sessions, eLearning, and in-person events — and adapt/localize it for EMEA relevance (language, regional examples, market context).
  • Schedule and, where appropriate, co-facilitate delivery of these localized programs for EMEA audiences.
  • Register and track EMEA participants, monitor regional completion, and feed regional performance and content feedback back to each Persona Program Manager for continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

For Owned Programs (Section A)

  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: internal/external satisfaction with strategic partnership and execution
  • Business Performance: correlation of readiness programs to measurable performance improvement, including new hire readiness and skill attainment
  • Program Usefulness Score: average post-learning usefulness score
  • Program Completion Rate: 80% of target audience completing programs within the designated timeframe
  • New Hire Readiness: 80-90% of Field managers rating employees functionally prepared after 6 months
  • Program Management: adherence to program methodology, task tracking via tools such as Monday.com
  • Mechanism Sustainability / Execution Reliability: recurring regional mechanisms operate on schedule, with clear ownership, dependencies and follow-through, and with decreasing reliance on individual contributors for day-to-day coordination.

For Cross-Persona Execution Support (Section B)

  • Regional Completion Rate: 80% of EMEA target audience completing each localized program
  • Delivery Adherence: on-time, on-scope regional rollout against the Persona Program Manager's plan
  • Localized Content Quality: EMEA-specific usefulness/feedback score on the adapted content, tracked separately from the global program's overall usefulness score (which stays with the Persona Program Manager)

Required Skills / Experience

  • 4–6 years in enablement, learning & development, onboarding, or related fields within enterprise software; 1–2 years facilitating live or virtual training. P&C insurance or enterprise SaaS experience preferred but not required.
  • Instructional design and facilitation: advanced curriculum design, learning activities, dynamic presentation/facilitation. AI- fluency to create content and explore modalities.
  • Business acumen and P&C industry knowledge to ensure strategic relevance and practical adoption.
  • Complex project management: plan and execute multi-workstream programs; maintain accurate weekly status in the project tracking system.
  • Communication and adaptability: excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to multitask and adapt to a changing environment.
  • Strategic stakeholder collaboration: influence alignment with EBPs, global program owners, and cross-functional leaders; translate needs into effective enablement solutions.
  • Integrity, Rationality, & Collegiality: operate within Guidewire values — truthful relationships, evidence-based decisions, professional collegiality.
  • Tools proficiency: Google Workspace; LMS and survey/analytics tools; authoring platforms; virtual delivery tools; AI tools; project tracking (e.g., Monday.com).
  • Language Proficiency in English and at least one other European language. (Preference for French)
  • AI- fluency in content creation, program execution, and workflow automation. We are an AI-forward company and want to leverage the tools we have to optimize our targeted deliverables and process flows.
