Both positions are unpaid internships. Academic credit available. Remote-first with occasional in-person work in San Francisco.
Help us fill our first CASF Digital Literacy cohort. You will run our social media outreach, respond to participant inquiries, and support the registration process from first click to enrolled. This is the role that directly determines how many people we serve — and how quickly we get there.
What you will do
- Post and manage content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook for the CASF program
- Respond to participant questions via email and DM
- Follow up with people who started registration but did not finish
- Help coordinate outreach events and community partner communications in the Tenderloin (94102)
- Track outreach activity and enrollment numbers weekly

Support the delivery of our 8-hour CASF Digital Literacy training program. You will help prepare materials, assist participants during Zoom sessions, and keep the program running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is the backbone of our training delivery.
What you will do
- Prepare session slides, handouts, and participant guides before each training
- Be present during Zoom training sessions to assist participants with tech issues
- Log attendance and update participant records in our program portal after each session
- Send reminder emails and follow-up messages to enrolled participants
- Help participants access their completion certificate once they finish 8 hours
