We're partnering with a leading global commodities trading organisation undergoing a major front-to-back technology transformation. They are looking for an experienced Programme QA Lead to take ownership of quality assurance across a large-scale, business-critical trading platform implementation.

This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for defining and driving the overall QA strategy across multiple delivery teams, ensuring end-to-end testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) are successfully delivered ahead of programme go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the programme-wide QA strategy across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead end-to-end testing across interconnected business and technology platforms.
  • Define UAT entry and exit criteria and drive programme readiness.
  • Coordinate QA activities across multiple delivery teams, ensuring complete test coverage.
  • Oversee integration testing and resolve cross-functional quality risks.
  • Report programme QA status, risks and milestones to senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with business, technology and programme leadership to ensure a successful delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
