Program Test Manager - £650 to £700 outside IR35 - London (1 day per week in the office)
Please note this is a 6 month contract position.
La Fosse have partnered with a leading Financial Services organisation to recruit a Program Test Manager to support a large scale business and technology transformation.
This role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end testing strategy across multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring robust governance, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance throughout program delivery.

Key requirements:
- Proven experience operating as a Programme Test Manager within Financial Services.
- Experience delivering testing across large-scale transformation programmes, including core platform, digital, regulatory or operational change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of testing across complex system landscapes, integrations and third-party vendors.
- Demonstrable experience leading SIT, UAT, E2E and release testing activities.
- Experience managing large testing teams and supplier relationships.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate at executive level.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of regulatory and risk frameworks within banking, insurance, wealth management or capital markets environments.
