About the Role
Our client is a globally operating advertising agency headquartered in London, helping ambitious brands scale paid media across programmatic display, video, CTV, audio, native, DOOH, paid search, and paid social. They combine media expertise with their own proprietary technology. Their clients work with proprietary tools alongside the major DSP platforms—giving their teams a genuinely differentiated approach to performance.
They are now looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Account Director to take ownership of a portfolio of tier-one luxury fashion and retail clients. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, senior client relationships, commercial growth, and programmatic expertise. As the single point of accountability across your portfolio, you’ll have the autonomy to shape account direction, define full-funnel media strategy, lead commercial conversations, and ensure an exceptional standard of delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
