Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Programmatic Account Manager to support the delivery of programmatic activity across Display, Online Video, YouTube, Connected TV, Broadcast Video and Digital Audio.

Working within the Activation team, you will lead the day-to-day management, optimisation and performance of campaigns across multiple DSPs, while acting as a key contact for clients, planning teams and media partners.

This role requires a strong understanding of programmatic activation, campaign strategy and performance analysis, alongside the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will also support the development of junior team members, contribute to innovation initiatives and help drive best practice across the team.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Performance

  • Lead the setup, activation and optimisation of programmatic campaigns across DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP and Yahoo
  • Manage campaign pacing, performance and delivery against agreed KPIs and client objectives
  • Identify optimisation opportunities across audience, inventory, creative and bidding strategies
  • Ensure best practice across brand safety, verification and viewability standards

Planning & Strategy

  • Support the development of programmatic strategies across Display, Video and Audio
  • Build campaign rationales and activation recommendations aligned to client goals
  • Contribute to testing roadmaps, innovation opportunities and performance frameworks
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for clients and internal planning teams
  • Deliver regular reporting, campaign updates and post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate with media owners, DSP partners and technology vendors to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
  • Build strong working relationships across internal and external stakeholders

Team Support & Development

  • Support and mentor Executives and Senior Executives within the team
  • Share platform knowledge, best practice and campaign learnings
  • Contribute to operational improvements, workflows and activation efficiencies

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in programmatic advertising within an agency, media owner or ad tech environment
  • Hands-on experience across DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP and Yahoo
  • Experience managing campaigns across Display and/or Video environments (CTV, OLV, YouTube and Audio advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying, optimisation levers and campaign measurement
  • Confident analysing campaign data and translating insights into clear actions and recommendations
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
  • Passion for digital media, emerging technology and continuous learning
