Programmatic Account Manager (Contract)
Up to 4 days a week in West London office
Introduction
We are working with a fashion brand for an experienced Programmatic Account Manager to support the delivery and day-to-day management of display and programmatic campaigns. This is a hands-on campaign operations role, requiring strong experience across DV360, with responsibility for campaign trafficking, tracking, creative setup, delivery monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
The Role
As Programmatic Account Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient delivery of programmatic campaigns from setup through to activation and optimization. Working closely with internal teams, clients, and wider campaign stakeholders, you will ensure campaigns are correctly trafficked, tracked, and delivered against agreed objectives, while quickly identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

Responsibilities include:
- Setting up, trafficking, and activating programmatic campaigns within DV360
- Creating, implementing, and QAing campaign tags, pixels, and tracking
- Managing creative trafficking and ad serving requirements through CM360
- Monitoring campaign delivery, pacing, and performance to ensure activity remains on track
- Troubleshooting trafficking, tracking, creative, and delivery issues
- Supporting campaign optimization and implementing agreed changes
- Assisting with campaign reporting and performance updates
- Maintaining campaign setups and ensuring all activity remains accurate and up to date
- Working across multiple campaigns and managing competing deadlines
- Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and other campaign stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery

You – Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in display and programmatic campaign operations
- Strong hands-on experience with DV360
- Good understanding of campaign trafficking, tagging, and tracking
- Experience working with pixels, tags, and ad serving technology
- Strong attention to detail and a highly organized approach
- Confident troubleshooting campaign and tracking issues
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Able to work to tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
