Job Description:
Programmatic Manager
At KINESSO, we combine technology, data and media expertise to deliver measurable growth for some of the world's leading brands. As the performance marketing arm of IPG Mediabrands, we help clients unlock better business outcomes through innovative solutions across programmatic, paid search, paid social, analytics, AI and experimentation.
We're passionate about developing our people, embracing new technologies, and creating an environment where collaboration and curiosity thrive.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a Programmatic Manager to join our growing Addressable team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking, client management and data-driven decision making to deliver best-in-class programmatic campaigns across display, video, audio, mobile and digital out-of-home.
You'll manage a portfolio of EMEA clients, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact while partnering with internal specialists to deliver outstanding campaign performance. This is a consultative role focused on strategy, planning and optimisation rather than hands-on campaign activation.
If you enjoy solving complex challenges, presenting insights that influence business decisions, and building strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
