Company Description

Zenith is the ROI agency. We help brands make Bold Moves in communications to drive profitable, measurable growth.

At Zenith, Bold Moves are big, brave shifts to strategy, data, audience or activation. They’re grounded in evidence, backed by rigorous forecasting and designed to deliver stronger returns for clients and better experiences for consumers. We work as empathetic partners, taking the time to understand our clients’ businesses and tying our success to theirs.

Part of Publicis Media, Zenith has over 5,000 specialists across 90 markets. In the UK, we work with leading organisations including The Very Group, Macmillan and Morrisons – helping them make smarter, more impactful choices to unlock growth. We believe an inclusive culture strengthens our business, enabling greater idea exchange, innovation and creativity, and we actively encourage our people to drive positive change.

Overview

We are hiring a Programmatic Account Manager to help shape high-performing, insight-led campaigns at SKY. You’ll bring together data, technology and creative thinking to deliver meaningful results for clients across display, online video, YouTube, Connected TV and BVOD. Alongside owning campaigns from planning through to evaluation, you’ll support a small team and help them produce work they are proud of. This is an opportunity to strengthen our programmatic product, test emerging solutions and turn campaign learning into future growth.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop accurate programmatic media plans that deliver against client KPIs and support strong commercial outcomes.
  • Create test-and-learn roadmaps with clear hypotheses, robust measurement and opportunities to explore emerging solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of multiple campaign types, improving workflows through thoughtful processes and automation.
  • Analyse campaign performance across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon, translating results into clear recommendations.
  • Build trusted client relationships through regular communication, accessible reporting and a strong understanding of their business priorities.
  • Coach and support Programmatic Executives and Senior Executives, setting clear expectations and creating opportunities for development.
  • Identify standout work, share learning across the team and contribute to award submissions that showcase campaign impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
