Programmatic & Paid Social Manager - £40,000 - London
Looking for your next step in performance media?
We’re partnering with a well-known brand that’s growing its in-house team and looking for a Programmatic & Paid Social Manager to join them.
This is a great opportunity for a strong programmatic specialist to take ownership of campaign strategy and performance, while also playing a key role across paid social and the wider digital media strategy.
You’ll have real visibility, the opportunity to influence how the brand approaches performance media, and the chance to work closely with internal teams and external partners.
✨ What you’ll be doing:
- Developing digital media plans and programmatic strategy
- Planning, launching and optimising programmatic campaigns
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve results
- Turning campaign data into clear insights and recommendations
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Acting as the go-to expert across programmatic and paid social
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the team

🔎 We’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on programmatic experience
- Good knowledge of leading DSPs and ad platforms
- Strong understanding of paid social and the wider digital landscape
- Experience managing multiple campaigns, budgets and priorities
- A highly analytical, data-led approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
