We're partnering with a well-known consumer brand that's looking for a Programmatic and Paid Social Manager to join its growing in-house marketing team. The Role

You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising programmatic campaigns while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing digital media plans and programmatic strategy
  • Managing the execution and optimisation of programmatic campaigns
  • Monitoring campaign performance and carrying out daily diagnostics
  • Delivering insightful reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Acting as the go-to expert for programmatic and paid social
  • Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the team

About You

You'll be an experienced programmatic specialist who enjoys analysing performance, solving problems, and delivering outstanding results.

You'll bring:

  • Strong hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns
  • Current knowledge of leading DSPs and ad platforms
  • A solid understanding of the wider digital landscape, particularly paid social
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns, budgets, and priorities simultaneously
  • A highly analytical, data-led approach to optimisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
