Job Description:

The successful candidate will manage programmatic campaigns, with the support of Programmatic Assistants & Executives. The ideal candidate will have digital media experience focused on delivering display campaigns across demand side platforms (DSPs) and digital ad technology such as DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Xandr and The Trade Desk, and ideally experience in managing or mentoring junior team members.

The role will report into a Programmatic Account Director and focus on developing best-in-class integrated strategies and campaigns and supporting the junior members of their team.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of campaign set up within a range of DSPs/buying platforms following all relevant quality assurance processes
  • Daily monitoring, optimisation and coordination of campaigns and accounts to ensure pacing and performance
  • Programmatic planning (Brand & DR), building rationales to demonstrate the role of programmatic in meeting client goals
  • Booking all owned campaigns on finance systems and ensuring the correct processes are followed to allow for accurate and efficient end of month reconciliation
  • Daily monitoring of brand Safety & Viewability to ensure ads are run in the right environments, championing our market leading approach in this area
  • Delivering weekly and monthly reporting to showcase results in your campaigns, including insightful commentary to explain performance trends
  • Client communication and building a rapport with key client contacts
  • Active participation in weekly and monthly department meetings
  • Assisting with the use of digital planning tools (e.g. Integral Ads Science, DV360, Trade Desk, OMG proprietary tools) to support Client/Client team requests
  • Building relationships with key tech vendors and publishers
  • Training and mentoring assistants & executives in the team
  • Independently managing workload, prioritising all areas of work to meet deadlines

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Digital Media experience in an agency, tech company or media owner
  • Professional approach and proactive thinker
  • Good interpersonal, diplomacy and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with various agency teams
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Effective workload management
  • Ability to present confidently to peers
  • A passion for learning and constantly improving yourself
