Job Description
Your Role: Programmatic Executive
As a Programmatic Executive, you’ll help drive programmatic revenue across Global and our partners’ Outdoor & Audio portfolios through the DAX platform. This is a hybrid sales and trading role where you’ll support agency relationships while managing campaigns from set-up through to optimisation.
As a Programmatic Executive at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Delivery: Build a strong technical understanding of DAX and manage campaigns end-to-end, including PMP and deal ID set-up, pacing, optimisation and troubleshooting. Track upcoming campaigns, flag outstanding assets or deadlines and work with Ad Ops on creative rejections.
- Commercial & Agency Support: Help generate programmatic revenue across our agencies by supporting Programmatic Managers with briefs, campaign recommendations and agency requirements.
- Revenue, Reporting & Insights: Support pipeline management, revenue tracking and forecasting. Pull campaign reports and data to inform post-campaign analysis and identify opportunities to improve delivery and performance.
- Collaboration & Programmatic Expertise: Work closely with Product, Operations, Ad Ops and Sales to deliver campaigns efficiently, share programmatic knowledge and support the creation of sales collateral.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
