The Role
As an UK Programmatic Partner for Business Growth at JCDecaux, you will play an essential part in driving demand for our programmatic Digital Out of Home (DOOH) solutions. You will support our team by building professional and positive relationships within the programmatic buying community. Your ultimate goal is to deliver incremental revenue and offering extraordinary service that grows our programmatic DOOH demand.
Your Responsibilities:
Demand Generation & Revenue Performance
- Work closely with the Head of Programmatic – Demand side, to ensure the business objectives for programmatic are implemented within the Business Growth Team
- Educate the Business Growth Team from the learnings, meetings, 121s held with the Head of Programmatic.
- Build relationships with clients, media and digital agencies, to grow programmatic revenue for JCDecaux.
- Actively participate in customised buyer planning sessions, hosting, presenting, and educating key collaborators, both internally and externally, about programmatic OOH’s impact on the media mix
- Devise engagement plans and business development strategies and revenue forecasts to hit pre-determined revenue targets
- Collaborate with your colleagues on the Business Growth team on all aspects of programmatic sales.
- Acquire and share a deep knowledge of JCDecaux' products and services.
- Stay informed on industry matters, the media marketplace and digital ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.

- Collaborate with various JCDecaux departments to deliver proactive and effective sales services.
- Work closely with team members to maintain a high level of external service.

Your Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in sales within the digital advertising sector is crucial.
- Familiarity with Programmatic Digital Out of Home is an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience with CRM systems for data input and report generation is desirable.
- Previous experience in customer-focused or fast-paced environments is beneficial.
- Track record of contributing to successful teams
- Capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints
