Company Description

Encore Digital Media are audience targeting specialists, focusing on B2B, Automotive, and Finance verticals. We are looking for a brilliant Programmatic Manager with 3 years’+ experience managing campaigns across multiple DSPs to join our growing and thriving team. The position is based in the UK part our specialist campaign Delivery Team.

Role Description

The Programmatic Manager is responsible for the independent end-to-end management, optimisation, and reporting of programmatic campaigns. The Programmatic Manager will utilise market-leading DSPs and platforms such as The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, and DV360, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively to achieve client objectives. They will play a vital role in helping to drive client retention through campaign insights & analysis – and acting as a leader across the Delivery Team, taking ownership over the largest campaign patches and nurturing executives within the team.

Key Responsibilities

We operate an ‘end to end’ campaign management model across Programmatic Display, Video, CTV, Audio, and Native. Covering, but not limited to the following tasks:

  • Leading key client patches, overseeing programmatic activation to ensure campaigns hit their targets and meet client expectations.
  • Delivering detailed campaign reports & QBRs with actionable insights that resonate with clients.
  • Building innovative programmatic plans backed with strong rationale.
  • Presenting campaign insights to clients confidently, calling upon Programmatic expertise.
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the Sales, Accounts, and Delivery Team to deliver first-class service to clients.
  • Sharing best practices with the wider team.
  • Taking a leading role in training & management of junior team members.
  • Actively contributing to Encore’s Test & Learn priorities, supporting constant process improvement and product development.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience managing campaigns across multiple DSPs
  • The Trade Desk DSP experience is a must-have.
  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns with strong knowledge of all programmatic channels such as Display, OLV, Native, Connected TV, DooH, Audio.
  • Experience building innovative programmatic plans backed with strong rationale.
  • Knowledge of B2B media & marketing technologies.
