The Role
As Programmatic Manager, you will manage the performance, strategy, planning, and reporting for multiple clients across the agency. The role will require technical experience in managing complex, multi-channel programmatic campaigns – as well as the ability to deal directly with clients to discuss insights, performance trends, and strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day trading operations across multiple campaigns.
- Delivering advanced optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance and secure revenue growth.
- Delivering client updates and regular reporting and insights.
- Working alongside Creative Production teams to deliver an effective DCO strategy.
- Working with Product team in establishing business cases for product improvement and technical development.
- Manipulating data and highlighting actionable trends and insights to improve campaign performance.
- Troubleshooting everyday technical campaign problems.
- Working closely with the Client Services team to field any ad-hoc client-related requests and communicating campaign changes clearly with them.
Delivering and Executing Effective Campaigns
- Monitoring campaign performance, by ensuring we are pacing correctly and are on target.
- Demonstrating ability to formulate tests and generate new ideas in order to generate campaign performance.
- Fielding client requests, whether admin or insights, such as insights reports, campaign booking information, etc.
- Proactively managing expectations and educating the client when it comes to best practice, campaign strategies & KPIs, what is/isn’t possible, etc.

Helping the Client Develop and Implement Their Wider Display Strategy
- Helping them achieve ‘client firsts’ – doing something new for their brands, like sophisticated dynamic prospecting or a geo-focused push.
- Becoming their go-to, indispensable partner, where clients trust your expertise and value your input, be it on campaign execution, specific areas (mobile, brand safety, etc.) or wider display strategy.
- Going the extra mile in terms of servicing – being proactive and giving them truly bespoke insights during and after the campaign.
- Understanding the bigger picture by learning about your clients’ products, general industry trends, or developments in digital marketing that may be relevant to them.
Qualifications
A Strong Programmatic Background
We want someone to hit the ground running – you will need to have experience in dealing with:
- Multiple DSPs
- Ad servers
- Adops trafficking
- Creative troubleshooting
We are not just a display agency. Experience in running Video, Native, DOOH, or Audio would also be a plus.
