About the Role
We’re looking for a Programmatic Strategy Manager to join the global programmatic team within team x, Omnicom’s newly created integrated worldwide agency team.
team x brings together luxury marketing, creativity, intelligent planning, data, and technology to create progressive, integrated experiences for a truly global automotive brand.
As part of the global programmatic team, you’ll act as a programmatic advisory partner, supporting regional and local teams across multiple markets to deliver best-in-class programmatic campaigns.
You’ll play an important role in developing global governance, best-practice guidance, and thought leadership, while identifying and testing innovative opportunities across areas such as CTV, Audio, digital out-of-home, and luxury audiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced programmatic professional who combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and a genuine curiosity about what’s next in digital media.
What you’ll be doing
- Work as part of the global Display & Video team to deliver high-quality projects and outputs across multiple workstreams.
- Lead and support global innovation projects, developing strategic recommendations and best-practice guidance across programmatic opportunities.
- Explore emerging channels, luxury audience strategies, cutting-edge innovations, and market maturity opportunities.
- Provide guidance to regional and local teams on how to plan and activate effective programmatic campaigns.
- Work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to communicate project progress, build engagement, and generate buy-in for upcoming pilots.
- Collaborate with teams across Search, Paid Social, Audience Solutions, Dynamic Experience, Mixed Reality, Ad Tech, and Governance to identify opportunities for cross-channel innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry developments and proactively identify new technologies, platforms, and opportunities to test.
- Share knowledge and best practice with the wider OMD EMEA Performance community, helping to develop programmatic capability across the agency.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with strong end-to-end programmatic experience who is excited by innovation, strategy, and the opportunity to work on a truly global account.
You’ll Ideally Have
- In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem and publisher landscape.
- Proven experience managing programmatic campaigns end-to-end, from responding to briefs and campaign planning through to activation, optimization, and reporting.
- Experience working across different KPIs, channels, and DSPs.
- A track record of identifying innovative opportunities and turning strategic recommendations into actionable client pilots.
- A genuine interest in emerging areas of programmatic and the ability to independently research new opportunities.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting campaign issues, including delivery and pacing, PMPs, creative rejections, and pixel implementation.
- Experience with brand safety and ad verification tools such as DoubleVerify and IAS, including implementation, reporting, and optimization.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the confidence to present to both internal teams and clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- The ability to work autonomously while also contributing to a collaborative and growing team.
- A creative, solutions-focused approach to solving business challenges.
- The ability to take complex programmatic concepts and explain them clearly to clients and colleagues.

Office Policy
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
