The Role

As a Senior Specialist for TV, Video, Audio & Display, you will launch, manage and optimise cross-channel campaigns focused on customer acquisition, revenue growth and long-term value.

  • Build and optimise campaigns across TV, CTV/video, audio and programmatic display
  • Manage budgets, pacing, frequency, audiences and inventory to maximise performance
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into clear optimisation recommendations
  • Monitor key metrics including reach, CAC, revenue, LTV and viewability
  • Run A/B tests and media pilots to identify scalable opportunities
  • Use data, measurement and attribution insights to guide campaign and budget decisions
  • Partner with Analytics, Creative, Search, Social, Commerce and Client Leadership teams
  • Communicate campaign performance and recommendations directly with clients

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years' experience across TV, CTV/video, audio and/or display advertising
  • Hands-on experience with campaign builds, launches, pacing and optimisation
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, inventory quality and frequency management
  • Comfortable with GA4, platform analytics and performance reporting
  • Understanding of measurement, attribution, A/B testing and incrementality
  • Ability to connect media performance to metrics including Revenue, CAC and LTV
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for using new technology, automation and AI to improve performance
