🚀 Programmatic Manager | Up to £40,000 | Central London (Hybrid - 1 day/week in office)
Are you a data-driven Programmatic specialist ready for your next step? We're partnering with a fast-growing, award-winning programmatic trading desk that works alongside some of the biggest agency holding groups in the industry, delivering specialist B2B, finance and automotive campaigns for global brands.
This is a business built on data - they own and manage exclusive publisher relationships and use that data to power genuinely strategic, targeted campaigns (not "always-on," rinse-and-repeat B2C activity). If you love getting into the detail and building smart, hyper-targeted campaigns, this is the environment for you.
About the role
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You'll join a growing delivery team of 20+ campaign managers, owning the full end-to-end lifecycle of programmatic campaigns - from planning and strategy input through to activation, optimisation and reporting.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years' hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs
- Trade Desk experience is essential
- Exposure to multiple channels - display, video, CTV, audio and/or OOH
- Genuine end-to-end campaign experience (planning through to optimisation and reporting) — not just campaign set-up
- A collaborative, curious mindset — you're happy to learn from the team as much as you contribute
- Comfortable working with data day-to-day; this is a role for someone who enjoys the detail, not a client-facing account management position
- B2B experience is a bonus, not a must
