Programmatic Manager

Encore Digital Media are audience targeting specialists, focussing on B2B, Automotive, and Finance verticals. We are looking for a brilliant Programmatic Manager with 3 years’+ experience managing campaigns across multiple DSPs to join our growing and thriving team. The position is based in the UK part our specialist Biddable Team.

Key Responsibilities

We operate an ‘end to end’ campaign management model across Programmatic Display, Video, CTV, Audio, and Native. Covering, but not limited to the following tasks:

  • End-to-end management of Programmatic campaigns including supporting with planning, independent campaign set-up / activation, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Working closely with commercial & account management teams on Programmatic brief responses.
  • Implementation of campaign collateral – uploading and QA’ing creatives.
  • Ensure all briefs received are thoroughly interrogated. Challenge any parts of the brief that are unclear using the planning/strategy teams KPIs outlined by the client.
  • Creation & QA of tracking pixels.
  • Implementation of verification partner tracking pixels etc.
  • Budget allocation, set up and pacing of the campaign to achieve targets.
  • Creation of campaign trackers, to monitor performance.
  • Weekly reporting with insights into trends, optimizations, suggested amendments.
  • End of campaign reporting to highlight success and suggest changes for any future campaigns.
  • Regular campaign optimisation to ensure campaigns are hitting Conversion, CTR, and Viewability benchmarks.
  • Contribute to ideas around evolving the Encore offering across programmatic trading.

Skills Required

  • Excellent knowledge of The Trade Desk DSP – including Koaki.
  • At least 3+ years’ experience running campaigns in multiple DSP’s, such as: The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, DV360, StackAdapt, Teads Ad Manager, Adform.
  • Experience contributing to Programmatic plans & brief responses.
  • Experience managing cross-channel campaigns.
  • Comfortable working with 3PAS tags and site tracking.
  • Attention to detail to ensure all campaigns are set up to a high standard.
  • Knowledge of B2B media & marketing.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage a variety of different tasks.
  • Highly analytical with a honed ability to problem-solve & optimise.
  • Team player with excellent people skills.
  • Demonstrate competency of using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
