Programmatic Manager – OOH/DOOH
London | Hybrid
We’re recruiting for a Programmatic Manager to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent Out of Home media owners.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid programmatic experience who wants to join a growing business and play an important role in developing its programmatic offering.
You’ll be responsible for managing, optimising, and growing programmatic campaigns, working closely with the commercial team, agencies, trading desks, and technology partners.
The role will include:
- Managing programmatic campaigns from activation through to reporting and optimisation
- Working across DSPs including DV360 and The Trade Desk
- Monitoring campaign delivery, pacing, and performance
- Producing campaign reports and optimisation recommendations
- Supporting the sales team with programmatic opportunities and pitches
- Building relationships with agencies, trading desks, and technology partners
- Helping identify new commercial opportunities and grow programmatic revenue

We’re looking for someone with hands-on programmatic advertising experience and a strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and PMP deals.

Salary up to £50,000 + benefits, hybrid working, and excellent opportunities to progress as the programmatic side of the business grows.
