Job Description
The Role
In this role, you will help shape and lead programmatic planning and activation across a portfolio of clients.
Working within our award-winning Connected Performance team, you will deliver best-in-class cross-channel programmatic campaigns. You will own end-to-end campaign delivery, from planning and activation through to reporting, optimisation and performance analysis.
You will also play a key role in managing and developing both direct reports and offshore teams, while contributing to the continued growth and evolution of programmatic as a specialism within the wider department.

Alongside campaign delivery and team leadership, you will be expected to build strong commercial awareness, identifying opportunities across OMD’s wider services portfolio and exploring how these can be integrated into your client work to drive additional value.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and turning insights into meaningful business results for both the client and the agency.
Omnicom Policy
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
