Role Outline
We recently brought together our programmatic and direct buying teams to create a future-focused omni-channel activation team. We are looking for a Programmatic Senior Executive to join this growing area of the business.
We're seeking an ambitious programmatic specialist with account management experience. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, proactive, positive, and self-disciplined, with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering results.
In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for planning, activating, optimising, and reporting on campaigns across DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo, Quantcast, and Amazon. You'll own client relationships from a programmatic perspective and support wider account teams across digital OOH, YouTube, Connected TV, Audio, Video, and Display.
What you’ll be doing
- Apply and develop knowledge of programmatic buying strategies across planning, activation, optimisation, and reconciliation.
- Manage programmatic campaigns from planning through to reporting.
- Support key client accounts by providing programmatic expertise and recommendations.
- Deliver high-quality multi-channel programmatic media plans.
- Work closely with junior team members, sharing knowledge and supporting development.
- Drive innovation through testing, learning, and new opportunities for clients.
- Work with client teams to ensure campaigns meet objectives, communications strategies, and KPIs.
- Support delivery of audit guarantees and client trading commitments.
- Build strong media owner relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and contribute to testing roadmaps.
- Present campaign analysis, updates, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver insightful campaign reporting with clear recommendations.
- Follow QA processes to ensure campaigns are implemented, paced, and optimised accurately.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
