Growth Engineer (SEO + Lifecycle)

About Arithmos

Arithmos is building the retail layer for direct indexing. We turn a plain-English idea into a transparent, rule-based portfolio with institutional-grade backtesting and analytics. Our goal is to make structured investing accessible to millions.

The role

Run the growth loop — programmatic SEO, lifecycle email, and conversion experiments — end to end.

What you’ll do

Programmatic SEO + GEO

  • Expand /locations and /compare to thousands of well-targeted pages
  • Own the schema.org + llms.txt surface for generative engines
  • Run on-page + technical SEO experiments to chart-topping result

Lifecycle + activation

  • Email/push/in-app drip — verify-email, first-build, rebalance day
  • Onboarding A/B tests on the help-me modal + roll-the-dice flow
  • Win-back loops for lapsed Plus subscribers

Conversion + paywall

Requirements

  • 4+ years owning growth at a SaaS or consumer fintech product
  • Strong technical chops — comfortable shipping React/Next.js code yourself
  • Built programmatic-SEO sites that ranked
  • Numbers-led: comfortable in PostHog / Mixpanel / SQL

Nice to have

  • Background in fintech / investing / brokerage
  • Worked with Resend, Postiz, or other lifecycle tooling
  • Public following or distribution channel
