Job Description

Position: Programmatic Trader

Reports To: Head of Trading
Location: London office, Euston Road

You will be joining an energetic and growing team benefiting from hybrid working in a new London office, a dedicated senior team supporting your personal development, and team events.

The Role:

The programmatic trader will sit within the Ad Operations Team at Audience Store, working on a variety of clients. The successful candidate will work with the internal planning, creative and sales teams while also liaising with clients directly. The candidate requires an understanding of DSP’s, Adservers, Optimisations and reporting tools.

Key responsibilities:

  • Helping the trading team with online campaign set-up and delivery.
  • Producing regular performance and insight reports to inform ongoing ad campaigns.
  • Assisting with the trafficking of ads and tracking of ad campaigns.
  • Delivering reports on individual media campaigns.
  • Working closely with Client Services and Sales teams to help with planning and campaign performance.
  • Trading digital media campaigns using data to feed buying decisions.
  • Developing an understanding of all tools/systems, as well as the ability to use these tools.
  • Learning how to work with “big data” and turn this into insight to improve client campaigns.

Relevant industry experience required

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience using DV360, TTD, StackAdapt, some or all of (Campaign Manager and trafficking experience is a plus).
  • The successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing.
  • Experience working on CTV Video and Display campaigns.
  • Previous experience in online digital marketing or in data analysis would be an advantage.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
  • Analytical thinking and comfortable working with numbers.
