Role Description
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Programme & Administrative Coordinator to support our Head of Business Operations in the planning, preparation and delivery of our award-winning leadership development programmes and events. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work with a creative and collaborative team, supporting programmes delivered to clients around the world.

You will play a key role in coordinating programme logistics, managing administrative processes and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. From organising people and resources to maintaining effective communication with clients, facilitators and colleagues, you will help ensure that our programmes run seamlessly and deliver an exceptional client experience.

We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing organisation and structure to a busy environment, has excellent attention to detail and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including scheduling, document preparation, record-keeping and coordinating multiple activities.
- A client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive experience for programme participants.
- Good financial administration skills, tracking programme costs.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in programme coordination, training, professional services or a similar administrative role would be advantageous.
- A collaborative and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
- A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset, with a willingness to take initiative and support colleagues.
