About The Role

Programme Administrator - Part Time (London) - £19.92 per hour, temporary for three months. This hybrid role requires 2.5 days weekly, including Mondays. The Role

You'll provide high-quality administrative and organizational support across projects, meetings, and academy workstreams. Working closely with senior leaders, members, and internal teams, you'll help ensure smooth delivery of programmes and efficient day-to-day operations.

This is a part-time position, working 2.5 days per week, with Mondays forming a core working day. The assignment will run for an initial 3-month period.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Project & programme support across multiple workstreams
  • Diary, travel, and expenses coordination
  • Meeting administration including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Financial administration including processing invoices, expenses, and bookings
  • Stakeholder communication with staff, members, and external partners
  • Supporting CRM use, document formatting, and internal processes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across administrative systems

  • Strong background in administrative roles supporting a team
  • Confident building relationships at all levels
  • Experience improving administrative processes
  • Excellent customer service skills

Skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Minute-taking and meeting support experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
