About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Programme Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects and business programmes. This fully remote, part-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, administration and coordinating multiple tasks while working in a flexible home-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to programme and project teams.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and record meeting minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, reports and trackers.
- Update databases and monitor programme progress.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Organise digital files and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Assist with reporting deadlines and project milestones.
- Support process improvements and general office administration.

Requirements
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Previous administration or project support experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
