Are you highly organised, good at keeping track of the detail, and someone who enjoys making sure things get done?
DaVita International provides dialysis services across 14 countries. We’re looking for a Programme Coordinator (called Compliance Coordinator internally) to join our International Compliance team in our West London HQ, supporting work across those countries.
What will you be doing?
You’ll help keep the team and its activities running smoothly by:
- Tracking actions, deadlines and follow-ups
- Organising meetings, taking minutes and coordinating next steps
- Supporting our Compliance Hotline and other regular programmes
- Coordinating communications and online training
- Keeping policies, documents, trackers and SharePoint resources up to date
- Supporting systems and liaising with external suppliers
- Working with teammates across our international markets
- Supporting different projects and activities as priorities change

What are we looking for?
You might currently be a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Team Coordinator, Executive Assistant, PA or Paralegal, or have similar experience in a busy professional environment. You’ll be able to demonstrate:
- Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple tasks, deadlines and changing priorities
- The ability to follow up with people and keep actions moving
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- A practical, problem-solving approach and ability to work independently
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn
Experience working internationally or speaking Mandarin, Portuguese or Arabic would also be an advantage
