Company Description

Anglo American is a leading global mining company, and our products are the essential ingredients in almost every aspect of modern life. Our portfolio of world-class competitive mining operations and undeveloped resources provides the metals and minerals that enable a cleaner, greener, more sustainable world and that meet the fast-growing consumer-driven demands of the world’s developed and maturing economies.

We are constructing a state-of-the-art underground mine to enable the extraction of Polyhalite – a unique multi-nutrient fertiliser – along with the necessary infrastructure both above and below ground that will be required for transport, processing, and distribution.

POLY4 is our flagship multi-nutrient fertiliser product. Made from Polyhalite, it contains four of the six macro-nutrients that are essential to plant growth. It allows farmers to maximise their crop yield, increase quality and improve soil structure with one simple product.

To work here, you must share our values and determination to reach our goals quickly, efficiently and with the highest safety standards.

Job Description

Join us as a Programme Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the Accelerated Seeding Programme (ASP), a strategic commercial programme focused on accelerating business growth, improving delivery capability and embedding effective ways of working across the organisation.

  • Support day-to-day coordination of programme activities across ASP workstreams.
  • Maintain programme plans, milestones, dependencies and action trackers.
  • Track progress against agreed deliverables and escalate concerns to the Programme Manager.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for Programme Boards, Steering Committees and leadership meetings.
  • Track programme risks, issues, actions and dependencies and follow up with owners.
  • Support implementation and transition activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, follow-up actions, sprint and tranche planning activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
