We are seeking an outstanding Programme Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the operational delivery of the Cambridge MBA. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full teaching support function, including:
- Timetabling across a broad portfolio of core courses, workshops, electives, and concentration courses.
- Managing all aspects of teaching assistant provision across a wide range of courses each year.
- Overseeing assessment planning and operations across a significant number of formal submission points.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the Virtual Learning Environment and working closely with the Digital Learning Team.
- Playing a key role in budget management, data analysis, and the continuous improvement of processes that underpin the student experience.
Requirements
This role demands someone who:
- Can work with a high degree of independence.
- Exercises sound judgement.
- Manages competing priorities with calm efficiency.
- Is a confident communicator, equally at ease advising students on assessment processes as they are presenting operational data to the Programme Director.
- Has exceptional attention to detail.
- Is unwavering in their commitment to the student experience.

The ideal candidate will bring:
- Experience of working in a higher education administrative or programme management role.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- A confident command of Microsoft Office.
- An understanding of VLE platforms such as Moodle or Canvas.
- Experience of working with diverse, international student cohorts.
